Mahsa earned her LL.M. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona and is licensed to practice law in New York. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and an associate member of the Lehigh County Bar Association, the Berks County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of immigration law, from family-based petitions and fiancé(e) visas to Special Immigrant Juvenile cases, VAWA and T visa applications, asylum, green card processes, citizenship, and responses to USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFE) and Notices of Intent to Deny.

Her dedication has led to remarkable victories, beginning with securing T visas for survivors of labor and sex trafficking, and extending to overturning wrongful inadmissibility determinations, securing citizenship for clients facing complex legal obstacles, and preserving lawful permanent residency for those with old convictions.
