Please be advised that payment is required in advance for all initial consultations.
All fees are deemed earned upon receipt of payment.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice. We offer one courtesy reschedule for your appointment. If you are a no-show for a rescheduled appointment, any subsequent rescheduling will require a new payment.
Please understand that contacting Abogada Vida, scheduling a legal strategy session, or submitting payment for a legal strategy session does not, in itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed upon the execution of a formal written agreement for legal services between you and Abogada Vida.
